In this exciting role youll play a vital part in ensuring a safe and inclusive environment within Horizon Worlds a social VR experience in the Metaverse. Youll be responsible for upholding user safety by reviewing and investigating user reports collaborating on policy updates and providing exceptional support.

What Youll Bring:

• Nativelevel German (C2) and strong English (B2) communication skills.
• Passion for social media and a keen understanding of online trends.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 85% or higher accuracy.
• Ability to understand the nuances of user language including idioms and pop culture references.
• A strong commitment to user safety and community wellbeing.
