Job Summary

• Review and check monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly group consolidated management report
• Analysis on group consolidated management report
• Prepare quarterly bursa report and board papers
• Finalise of Group Audited Report and Part of Annual Report
• Responsible for yearly financial budget
• Review and check tax estimation and annual income tax return
• Assist in checking feasibility studies for the projects
• Review SST and Tourism Tax filing
• Handling tax audit and SST audit
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation
• Dealing with the external auditors tax agent banker etc
• Other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Possess professional accounting qualification such as ACCA CIMA CPA ICAEW
• At least Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Accountancy Finance or any other related field.
• Minimum three (3) year related working experience in property development and/or auditing.
• Proficient in the requirements of accounting standards Companies Act 2016 and Income Tax Act.
• Analytical and strong attention to details
• Good and hands on in Microsoft Word Power Point and Excel
• Able to work independently energetic active and a team leader
