Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for maximising store contribution by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss, replenishment of stock and managing controllable costs

Required to regularly and customarily ensure majority of the time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.

The incumbent is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with the company’s values, motivating and developing team members and ensuring store complies with all company regulations and procedures.
