We are looking for highperforming dynamic Procurement/Commercial Manager based out at Dehradun responsible for overseeing the procurement process managing supplier relationships and ensuring costeffective purchase practices.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage commercial contracts effectively while doing endtoend commodity trading into Ferrous and NonFerrous Scrap

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure costeffective purchasing and timely delivery of materials and services.

Manage the entire procurement process including sourcing negotiation and contracting.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and the stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Coordinate with the management and team members to understand the procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.

Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
