Sales Representative

The Alexander Agency is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Representative (Fulltime & Parttime) to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the companys book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.Youll be trained in processes procedures and how to obtain new business.

This is a 100% commissiononly role. We believe hard work equals results. If you have a drive to succeed and have excellent people skills we want to hear from you.

Fully remote job NO door to door sales.

What do we do

• Contact warm clients and find out their needs (NO COLD CALLING).
• Strategize with a mentor and with carriers on their options.
• Help the client choose the option that best fits their needs.
• Get paid next day!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients needs.
• Expand business reach through networking techniques.

QUALIFACATIONS :

Either Posses a current Life Insurance Producer License OR willing to obtain one.

MUST:

• Prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting).
• Ability to build rapport.
• Performancedriven coachable entrepreneurial and selfmotivated.
• Confident teamoriented persuasive positive attitude.

PAY:

Part time $30000 $45000 /yr OTE.

Full time $80000 $150000 /yr OTE.
