Our solution automates the 2B phone calls and emails that the freight industry makes every year. We use voice synthesis generative AI and integrations with logistics systems to solve the largest cost in this industry people.
When Uber Freight needs to ship a truckload of CocaCola going from Phoenix to Bentonville. They can use our solution to call the driver to get an ETA alert the receiver and shipper that the driver is running late and reschedule the appointment all with automated text messages phone calls and emails.
We help freight operators focus on highvalue work by automating routine calls and emails. Our AIpowered platform can leverage email or use a humanlike voice to make tracking calls cover loads and reschedule appointments.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant development experience
- Previous startup experience
- Availability to work in San Francisco (CA)
- Clear demonstration of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellence in NodeJS Typescript
Nicetohaves
- Ideal candidate will have freight tech experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in GCP cloud deployment CI/CD
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI API Langchain HuggingFace etc.)
