Netflix - Customer Support With Dutch

About the project:
You will be working for Netflix a subscriptionbased streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internetconnected device. For that project you can work remotely (homeoffice) from any place in Greece!

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
• Provide information on subscription plans
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higherlevel support teams
• Stay uptodate with new features and content
• Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things

Salary bonuses and benefits:

• full time contract with a Greek employer
• Salary: 1500 euros gross x 14 months
• Performance Bonus up to: to 10% of the base salary
