You will be working for a project supporting clients of an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino California. It is the worlds largest technology company by revenue with US$394.3 billion in 2022 revenue. As of March 2023 it is the worlds biggest company by market capitalization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding products such as warranty issues recalls or problems with the products.
- Troubleshooting problems with customers service providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
- Escalating issues to a higherlevel technician or supervisor for further assistance.
- Keeping up to date with product features specifications and the technology of the products they are providing support for.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Slovak language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
What you will gain:
- Salary: 1300 gross x 14 months
