Job Description
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Developing Business Requirements Documents and other artefacts
- Developing Workflows, Dashboards & Reports.
- Enhancing the current usage and utilization of Digital Tools & Data Insights.
- Liaising with End Users & stakeholders, Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating the results of Ideations.
- Liaise with Technical team communicating technical requirements to enable delivering business needs.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements by participating in user acceptance testing.
- Staying current on the latest Technologies to Digitalize, automate and modernize systems.
