Job Title : Legal Consultant
Qualification: Should have masters in Legal Stream from Recognized University / Institute
Employment Type: Contractual
Tenure: 01 Year
Location: Bhopal Madhya Pradesh
Experience: More than 07 Years of experience as a Practice lawyer in various forums
Key Skills: Legal knowledge ProblemSolving Adaptability and Communication Skills.
Job Description:
1 Should have Masters in Legal stream from recognized University/Institute with at least 07 years of experience in providing legal analysis.
2 Should have experience in handling Legal matters of reputed companies/government. related to Administrative Corporate Contract Arbitration.
3 Should have min 02 years of experience in handling companies/government/ NGO/Service matter Litigation pending in Honorable Supreme Court High Court and Tribunals.
4 Should have experience in drafting preparing review and edit of legal documents (including NDAs Work Orders SOWs commercial contracts MoU etc.)
5 Should be familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures including corporate laws contract law and IP laws.
6 Provide legal support to department in developing standard methodologies for PPP project preparation competitive bidding negotiation and contract management of PPP contracts.
7 Proficiency in Hindi & English hands on knowledge in Computers and MS office is a must.
8 Experience in Govt. department / projects is preferred.
