B2B Digital Graphic Designer

• Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials including ad banners emails flyers brochures eBooks and whitepapers that align with client and company objectives.
  
• Contribute to digital design & layout projects especially in creating layouts and graphics for HubSpot emails landing pages and websites.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  
• Exercise a high degree of autonomy in design decisions from concept to execution.
  
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends tools and technologies to enhance our creative output continually.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5 years of graphic design experience specifically within B2B environments.
  
• Expertlevel proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop.
  
• Knowledge of HubSpot and building layouts in it.
  
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
  
• Managed marketing services for IT Services Manufacturing Engineering SoftwareasaService/SaaS Networking Business Insurance and Professional Services
  
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital and print materials.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and creative solutions.
  
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field preferred.
  
• Excellent visual communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

• Willing to work onsite
  
• Ability to work hours in line with USbased customers availability 9 am5 pm EST (9 pm 5 am local time)
  
• Flexibility to work holidays weekends and render overtime as needed.
