Job Description :
- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan for pulses spices and dry fruits ensuring a consistent supply of highquality products at competitive prices.
- Conduct market research to identify and source new suppliers from across India with a focus on origin quality and costeffectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing terms and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the quality control process for all sourced products ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.
- Analyze market trends anticipate price fluctuations and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize purchase costs.
- Work closely with inventory management and sales teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Analyze purchase data and generate reports to identify costsaving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes.
- Stay uptodate on industry best practices regulations and quality standards for grocery products.
