Currently called Urgent Care Now we re a local group of urgent care and walkin medical clinics poised to undergo a complete transformation aimed at becoming a leader in patient care and work culture. A new brand streamlined operations improved tech and expanded service offerings will soon be a part of our identity. As one of our clinic managers you ll have a seat at the table as we redesign operations and to become the best walkin clinics in the Sacramento area. You ll be entering a pivotal role at the ground floor of exciting improvements to our clinics.
How You ll Make an Impact:
As the Clinic Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your clinic ensuring efficient effective and highquality patient care. You will manage administrative and clinical staff coordinate patient services and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management excellent leadership skills and a passion for improving patient care. You ll serve as the leader of a tightknit group of staff working seamlessly to better the lives of our patients.
In this role you ll get to:
- Manage daytoday operations of the urgent care clinic ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Build strong positive relationships with our providers and work with them to enhance the success of our practice.
- Develop strong interdepartmental teamwork to make the experience of our patients providers and administrative staff the best it can be.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and coach employees to reach their highest potential.
- Participate in budget creation and expense management.
- Participate in staffing all departments of the clinic.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee files to ensure compliance.
- Ensure the clinic is compliant with all relevant safety standards.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with other UCN clinic managers.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and uptodate patient records billing and administrative documentation.
What we re looking for:
- Preferred Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field
- 25 years of experience in healthcare management preferably in an urgent care or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance standards and best practices.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to delivering highquality patient care and improving clinic operations.
Compensation details:
Our clinic managers are paid a competitive rate between $65000 and $75000 annually based on relevant experience knowledge and other key qualities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental benefits PTO and 401k contributions.
