JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant:
Manage and respond to emails and phone calls.
Schedule appointments meetings and property showings.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Prepare and distribute real estate documents contracts and agreements.
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems.
Create edit and publish real estate listings on various platforms.
Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers brochures and newsletters.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Assist with online advertising campaigns and track their performance.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
Conduct followups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate open houses and other client events.
Conduct market research and compile reports on property values trends and statistics.
Monitor competitor listings and market activities.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for review.
Qualifications as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Familiarity with real estate CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho CRM) and MLS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
