Real Estate Research Manager

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business goals from research and analytics
  
• Experience compiling data producing forecasting & investment strategy reports
  
• Producing Asia real estate research in conjunction with the global team
  
• Writing analytical research and presenting real estate research themes
  
• Interacting with clients/prospects presenting at client events
  
• You will be expected to take the lead and assume full responsibility as a key point of contact in the region producing timely and accurate quarterly reports memos proposals charts agreements PowerPoint presentations etc.
  
• Identify opportunities to streamline research processes improve data collection methods and enhance the overall efficiency of the research function.
  

Requirements

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
  
• Team management (locally & regionally)
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
  
• Must be a selfstarter with a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively being a team player is essential
  
• Intellectually curious about solving realworld questions using data
  
• Must have the right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised)
  
• Minimum 5 years of research experience covering the real estate markets across APAC
  
• Strong track record in forecasting and writing research reports to tight deadlines
  
• Excellent academic training with a degree in real estate economics / Finance / Master s / PhD
