Billing Specialist

OBJECTIVE

The Billing Specialist has versatile accounting skills enjoys task variety and is a good communicator. This position is located in the Auburn Hills Corporate Office. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Create and submit invoices to customers (AIA & customer specific).

Apply cash received in accounting system and complete cash receipts.

Resolve billing issues with Project Managers and Owners.

Create and maintain sworn statements.

Perform analysis on AR aging and cash flow.

CORE COMPETENCIES

Associate degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.

Proficient in Excel Outlook Project Management software.

Strong communication organizational and time management skills.

Previous experience in construction industry a plus.

Ability to write reports business correspondence and instructions.

Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced teamoriented environment demonstrating attention to detail and displaying sensitivity to confidential matters.

Highenergy selfmotivated and able to complete defined tasks with minimal supervision.
