Reports to: Director of Operations

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our leadership team assisting with daily operational needs. This role requires someone that is a multitasker and works well in fast paced environments.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting all departments with data entry
  

• Assist the accounting department with payments and deposits
  

• Calling clients to get materials when needed
  

• Keep editorial calendars updated
  

• Work with clients to fulfill listings
  

• Assist the leadership team with various projects as needed
  

• Attend events
  

• Answer phones
  

• Keep the office tidy
  

• Run errands when necessary
