Job title: Office Assistant
Reports to: Director of Operations
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our leadership team assisting with daily operational needs. This role requires someone that is a multitasker and works well in fast paced environments.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting all departments with data entry
Assist the accounting department with payments and deposits
Calling clients to get materials when needed
Keep editorial calendars updated
Work with clients to fulfill listings
Assist the leadership team with various projects as needed
Attend events
Answer phones
Keep the office tidy
Run errands when necessary
