BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic BIM Engineer with a passion for training and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on training corporate clients and students in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and methodologies. In addition to training responsibilities the BIM Engineer will also contribute to various projects as needed

Design and deliver comprehensive BIM training programs for corporate clients and students.

Conduct both inperson and online training sessions workshops and seminars.

Develop training materials including presentations manuals and handson exercises.

Work with clients to identify their specific training requirements and customize training programs accordingly.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.

Keep uptodate with the latest developments in BIM software and methodologies.

Continuously improve training programs to reflect industry best practices and technological advancements.

Assist in the execution of BIM projects providing technical expertise and support as needed.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of BIM processes and standards.

Create and manage BIM models for various projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with other engineers architects and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on projects.

Participate in project meetings and provide BIMrelated insights and recommendations.

Keep detailed records of all training sessions including attendance feedback and assessment results.

Generate reports on training activities project involvement and other relevant metrics for management review.

Offer ongoing support to clients and students posttraining to address any questions or issues they may encounter.

Foster strong relationships with corporate clients and educational institutions to promote longterm engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in BIM engineering with a focus on training and development preferred.
  
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
  
• Strong understanding of BIM processes standards and workflows.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  
• Ability to engage and motivate learner
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
