Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of aluminium windows and doors and they are looking to expand their sales force. We are on the hunt for a high energy and enthusiastic candidate with knowledge of the industry.
Successful candidates will be joining a team of 3 Internal Sales Representatives and will be assigned to an existing Business Development Manager.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Exceed individual and Inland monthly sales budget (GP% inclusive) YTD
- Deal making with customers on hardware order maker not order taker
- Reduce excess/SM/redundant stock per agreed targets
- Deliberate and effective collaboration and teamwork with assigned Business Developer
- Clear prioritized customer targets call cycles in place and actively managed together with performance
- Prices being charged in line with applicable Price List
- All customers on a suitable PL with non PL pricing authorized by RSM
- Accurate customer classification in Umbrella
- Age analysis management finance engagement as needed
- CRM management and utilization of CRM System
- Exemplary brand custodianship / alignment with code of conduct.
- Maintain >80% product knowledge
- Monthly/weekly sales meeting with clear deliverables and feedback in conjunction with sales reports
