Job Title: Executive Sales Operations
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: India Pune
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Work Hours: 9 hours (US Shared Operation 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of Items and update ERP on regular basis
Coordinate with Sales Rep/AM/ISR to resolves issues related to Purchase order
Process follow up for RMA/RTV request until its closed
Resolve vendor issues with AP
Follow up with AM for Invoicing and updating the same in Memo
Fulfilment of PO and make sure its items are committed to SO
Vendor Setup and sending Resale certificate to vendor to tax exemption
Sourcing negotiation with vendors
Coordinate with Logistics team for shipment
Ensure Sales order are closed
Supports the Sales Department with administrative responsibilities
Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP
Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes (edited)
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience 13 Years.
Having relevant experience.
Skills:
Highly organized techsavvy selfstarter great with Excel.
Great with Data Management.

Detailoriented a good problemsolver has excellent written and verbal communication and strives in a fastpaced environment.
