Job Brief
The role of Digital Marketing and Design Strategist is to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing platforms. You will be responsible for developing united robust and engaging visual content for marketing efforts and channels to enhance the company s brand stickiness in the market. Reporting directly to the Strategy Manager you will keep abreast of all marketing strategies and projects to deliver the highest quality and brand identity that resonates with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging visual content for various marketing channels including social media website email campaigns and print materials.
Develop brand assets such as logos typography color schemes and palettes templates and imagery that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Design promotional materials advertisements and other collateral to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
Optimize website content including meta tags headings and imagery to improve visibility and relevance for target keywords.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEOfriendly blog posts articles and other written content that meets both user and search engine needs.
Use datadriven approaches to support decisionmaking analyze marketing metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Assist in the development of branding strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness recognition and loyalty.
Monitor brand performance and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics and SEM.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools platforms and software applications commonly used in the industry.
Proven experience in developing comprehensive digital marketing and design strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying uptodate on design trends SEO techniques and industry developments.
Understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities particularly in working with clients and teams from different cultural backgrounds.
Desirable:
Candidates with additional language skills.
Previous experience in branding or rebranding projects.
Experience in video editing and animation.
