Supermarket Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Supermarket Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments. You will lead a team of associates manage inventory uphold customer service standards and maintain a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills retail management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the supermarket.
• Lead motivate and train a team of supermarket associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and order products as needed.
• Monitor and maintain quality cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on sales inventory and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail or supermarket environment with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plus.
• Willing to relocate in any place in Jakarta or Medan
