Job Description

  • Position: Senior Sales Manager
  • Location: onsite Athens Greece
  • Employment type: Fulltime
  • Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own gross and net new revenue outcomes for the inbound sales organization in Business Sales
  • Drive accountability in daytoday demand and lead generation proactively managing obstacles to conversion across all lines of business
  • Develop KPIs business review models and scorecards for assessing and improving business practices
  • Proactively monitor campaign execution and effectiveness improving lead flow and pipeline velocity
  • Conduct regular business development review calls with key stakeholders analyzing KPIs and creating actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare detailed presentations analysis and materials for QBRs and strategic business reviews
  • Cultivate strong relationships with global peers and stakeholders evaluating program effectiveness and sharing best practices for business execution
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for aligned strategies and optimized lead generation
  • Stay updated on market trends and leverage emerging technologies for business opportunities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • 57 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing preferably in a call center environment (BPO) Essential!
      • Analytical and datadriven mindset with the ability to extract insights from data quickly.
      • Proficiency in Salesforce Tableau or other leading CRM/Analytics tools.
      • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
      • Strong project management skills.
      • Pragmatic and disciplined in prioritizing highvalue work.
      • Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
      • Highly motivated selfdirected team player.
      • Track record of success at a highgrowth company.
      • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
      • Proficiency in data analysis and key metrics interpretation.
      • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing.
      • Adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
      • Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
