As a seasoned professional in our clients esteemed Learning & Development team you will be at the forefront of implementing managing and evaluating transformative learning initiatives. This exciting role requires a deep understanding of instructional design and training methodologies strong project management skills and the ability to propel learning programs forward across our organization.
What Youll Do:
- Be the Expert: Serve as the local expert and champion for our care model with a comprehensive understanding of best practices processes and our unique culture.
- Lead and Innovate: Drive multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously ensuring efficient budget management timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Design CuttingEdge Learning: Create innovative blended learning approaches incorporating digital elearning modules instructorled training and job aids to maximize learning impact.
- Engage and Inspire: Deliver engaging and practical training sessions both in person and virtually that captivate and educate our team members.
- Evaluate and Improve: Measure program efficacy and learner experiences by tracking key metrics and business performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and Create: Work closely with key stakeholders to guide content creation and update materials to fill learning gaps and ensure relevance.
- Be the GoTo Resource: Act as the primary point of contact for all learning inquiries at the PACE Center including leading new hire orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Analyze and Solve: Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills by consistently delivering projects on time.
- Adapt and Thrive: Tailor our L&D program to meet the diverse needs of our team members while embodying the organizations culture in all initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Learning & Development focusing on instructional design and training methodologies.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to evaluate program efficacy and drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor learning programs to meet diverse needs and align with the organizations culture and goals.
