Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Must be responsible for improving websites organic search rankings driving traffic to our site and managing internal site search to ensure optimal user experience and content discoverability.

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Perform keyword research to guide content teams.

Optimize website content landing pages and paid search copy.

Direct offpage optimization projects (e.g. linkbuilding).

Collect data and report on traffic rankings and other SEO aspects.

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

Manage and optimize internal site search functionality to improve user experience and content discoverability.

Analyze internal search data to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.

Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.

Stay up to date with the latest SEO digital marketing trends and best practices.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure SEO and internal search goals are aligned with business objectives.

Indepth knowledge of keyword research SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines.

Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics GA4).

Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress Drupal).

Strong understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition.

Experience managing and optimizing internal site search functionalities.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Excellent analytical organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
