We are looking for a SaaS Deployment Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. They will work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales development and support to ensure the successful deployment configuration and integration of our SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• 8 years of experience in SaaS Development Management.
• Experience in managing data integration projects.
• Proficiency in Azure API Microservices APIdriven architecture Azure Functions and Application Development.
• Familiarity with data architecture and data models.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and deliver user training.
• Manage the deployment and support of the Management of Change (SaaS) anchor application across the enterprise.
• Coordinate project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and costeffective deployments.
• Collaborate closely with vendors crossfunctional teams Business Units developers and IT professionals.
• Translate technical concepts into nontechnical language for stakeholders and clients.
• Utilize strong problemsolving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
• Oversee the development of data products and integration efforts with internal and vendor teams.
• Work with Managed Services Provider to handle daily support tasks.
• Develop technical product documentation and conduct user training sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline deployment procedures.
• Conduct audit reviews and manage IRM (Information Resource Management) tasks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
