Job Description
Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst
Location:Detroit MI (Onsite Position)
Duration: (6) months with the possibility of extension or hire
Pay rate: *****/hr. *****/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing activities across the infrastructure and application portfolios:
- Follow standard operating procedures and sourcing strategies.
- Process Purchase Orders Route Invoices Place Orders.
- Act as liaison with Procurement Legal AP and Vendors.
- Track contracts renewals licenses and budgets.
- Provide weekly status reports to management.
- Assist with contract portfolio for Tech Services department.
- Assist with evaluation of new vendors products and services.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. OR
- High School Diploma with minimum four years of experience performing the duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four years experience in Procurement.
- Two years supporting complex projects that spread across multiple stakeholders or departments.
- Two years working in an enterprise technology department
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent):
- Knowledge of enterprise software and hardware licensing.
- Knowledge of technology platforms infrastructure and application development.
- Working knowledge with core technologies: Oracle Fusion ServiceNow Office365.
- Experience in the public sector.
