Job Description

  • Submit updated organization structure HRIS report and weekly monthly HR review deck for both the locations to Director on or before 3rd of every month for the previous month
  • Complete HR formalities after recruitment
  • Joining formalities to be completed on the day of joining
  • Appointment letters to be issued on day of joining
  • Email IDs to be created issued on day of joining
  • Employee Code to be created on the day of joining
  • Employee personal file to be created on day of joining with all documents completed as per checklist
  • Timely Preparation and submission of Organization chart
  • Implement communication initiatives as per guidelines (for allocated departments)
  • Fulfill Joining formalities to be on the day of joining
  • Verify invoices & timely submission to the Finance team
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of leave records; resolving employees queries related to leaves within a working day
