Job Description
- Submit updated organization structure HRIS report and weekly monthly HR review deck for both the locations to Director on or before 3rd of every month for the previous month
- Complete HR formalities after recruitment
- Joining formalities to be completed on the day of joining
- Appointment letters to be issued on day of joining
- Email IDs to be created issued on day of joining
- Employee Code to be created on the day of joining
- Employee personal file to be created on day of joining with all documents completed as per checklist
- Timely Preparation and submission of Organization chart
- Implement communication initiatives as per guidelines (for allocated departments)
- Fulfill Joining formalities to be on the day of joining
- Verify invoices & timely submission to the Finance team
- Timely and accurate maintenance of leave records; resolving employees queries related to leaves within a working day
