- Quality MBA / Any Degree
- 2 years of working in a business environment
- Exceptional writing and verbal skills
- Software Skills: Excel
- Business experience: Managing priorities selfmotivated and handling transactional activities
- Any ERP Transaction experience: If they worked in tools like GetPaid or High Radius or even any homegrown tools that would be great.
Key Job responsibilities:
- Work GetPaid email queues and determine the final resolution which may mean deleting older emails.
- Advance GetPaid Strategies; Notifying customers via email of suspension since it is a manual step in our process
- Work through emails to help improve payments
- Work through collection tickets
Other key points:
- We will need to get PCs and user ids
- We will be handling training on the processes we need to implement.
- We do not expect these people to handle pure call the customer collector activities but expect them to engage verbally with team members and potentially customers.
