Position: Sr. Azure Network Engineer

Location: Chicago IL (but can work remote from anywhere in the US)

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $65/hr C2C total rate (C2C only)

Musthave:

• 12 years of overall experience is needed.
• Strong handson knowledge of Azure Infrastructure including Networking Compute Storage and KeyVaults Other Azure Services
• Expert level knowledge of Azure Networking and Network Security (Virtual WAN vNets ExpressRoute VPN Cisco FTDv firewall Network Security Groups DMZ)
• Expert level understanding of Networking and IP routing (CIDR subnetting VLSM BGP EIGRP MPLS)
• Strong understanding of Azure Security (Entra ID RBAC Policies)
• Serve as an Azure network subject matter expert recommending and implementing bestpractice network architecture in a manner that ensures maximum uptime and security.
• Deploy document and proactively maintain Azure network infrastructure and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical or escalated technical issues of affected equipment.
• Help deploy test and troubleshoot Azure network services.
• Troubleshoot issues in Azure cloud environments.
• Participate in an oncall rotation and be onsite as needed.
• Take part in the development of technical processes and documentation.
• Be open to learning new concepts and train other Network Engineers.
• Must have Azure AZ700 network associate certification.
