Like a CSR (Customer Service Representative) I a CSR II provides the same core customer service support to the organization by responding to customer inquiries about product price and lead time; accepts verifies enters and confirms customer orders; may process warranty and/or return orders and related reimbursements.
Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing VBIs Oracle system and customer purchase orders.
Knowledgeable and able to process Commercial International and Transit & Bus/Relay orders.
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem and most appropriate solution; following up to ensure resolution.
Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
Must have Oracle Experience.
