Job Description

Position: Geography Teacher
Location: Slough

Role Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our humanities department. The successful candidate will deliver highquality lessons that inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 to 5. As a Geography Teacher at our outstanding school you will have the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant academic community and support students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons that adhere to the schools curriculum and educational standards.
  • Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and strategies.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that enrich the student experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Geography or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Geography at Key Stages 3 to 5.
  • ECTs are invited to apply
