David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online Casino Gaming Companywho is seeking to onboard a CustomerService Advisor Finnishspeaking for their Malta office.
Position: Customer Service Advisor Finnishspeaking
Location:TalPiet Malta
Employment type: Fulltime on site (5 days in and 3 days off and on the 9th week 5 days in and 2 off)
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enable our players with quality solutions in a timely personal andprofessional manner that exceeds the customers expectations.
- Identify and support players in any difficulties they might encounter.
- Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies/ promotionsetc.
- Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed.
- Understand guide and support players in Responsible Gambling
- Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries.
- Understand AML and report any suspicious activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a fluent or native Finnish speaker with a C1 level of English bothspoken and written.
- Be flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.
- Have experience working with customers listening to their needs andproviding the best solutions.
- Be an excellent listener have an empathic approach and take pride in givingan excellent service to our players.
- You have exceptional organization skills (including arriving on time meetingdeadlines and finding accurate information in a timely manner).
- You are detail oriented with the ability to handle stressful situations whilemaintaining a positive attitude.
- Be an individual who is open to constructive feedback.
- Be a team player that can also work independently.

Shift Rotas
Based on a 9 Week Rotation
Day Shifts:
We have 5 days in and 3 days off and on the 9th week we have 5 days in and 2 off.
1 week of early shifts (starting at 7.00 8.00 or 9.00). 1 week of mid shifts (starting between10.00 and 13.00) and 1 week of late shifts (starting at 15.00).10 hours per shift including 1hour break.
May also be requested sometimes to cover night shifts according to business needs.
Night Shifts:
Work hours per shift (which hours/how many): 11hrs (excl lunch break 1hr)
Shift rotations (days working/days off): 4 working shifts followed by 4 days off!
