Job Title: Picker / Packer

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 4 Months

Location: Lathrop CA 95330

Shift: 10 AM 6:30 PM Monday Friday (Must be willing to work overtime including Saturdays)

Description:

Perform order fulfillment tasks individually or as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Pick pack and prepare parts for shipment
• Sort and store parts
• Instruct and assist team members
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Move and position loads with crane and order picker

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Bend stoop walk kneel etc.

Required Safety Equipment:

• Metatarsal boots (not provided)
• Gloves ear plugs safety glasses bump cap (provided)
• PPE must be worn at all times (no exceptions)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good attendance
• Ability to work safely and efficiently
• Ability to work with close tolerances
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and written processes
