Salary: £30000 Basic Car Allowance
OTE £45000

Are you a seasoned professional in the world of lettings Do you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in the field We're looking for a Lettings Manager who can drive business success lead a team and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business and establish marketing and canvassing plans.
• Analyze market and customer needs and align sales strategies.
• Provide inbranch training and coaching for staff.
• Conduct onetoone reviews and appraisals according to company standards.
• Handle daytoday inquiries facetoface and via telephone.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.

• Commercial awareness.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Previous experience in estate agency.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
• Customerfocused with a resultsdriven approach.
• Previous people management experience (desirable).
