Location: Hybrid onsite (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)
Interview: 1hour technical video 30 minute video
Pay Rate: up to $80/hr C2C

Looking for:
10 years of experience just not as an individual contributor but also as a handson tech lead
Strong background in speechtotext technologies and unstructured data handling.
experience with machine learning would be plus.
o Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models.
GCP and GCP services are a big plus
Gen AI experience is a big plus
Backend server side no Frontend; building microservices and data related work.
Current needs are around senior engineers tech leads that would be comfortably mentoring junior engineers and will have 3 scrum teams.
