Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized career counseling to individuals interested in pursuing aviation professions.
• Offer guidance on academic and professional requirements for different aviation career paths.
• Assist individuals in identifying relevant aviation training programs and educational institutions.
• Stay updated on aviation industry trends regulations and job market dynamics.
• Help individuals develop effective resumes cover letters and job application strategies.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to prepare individuals for aviation job interviews.
• Collaborate with aviation industry professionals and academic institutions to organize industryrelated events and workshops.
• Assist clients in networking with industry professionals and accessing aviation job opportunities.
• Provide support and guidance for individuals facing challenges in their aviation careers.
• Document counseling interactions and maintain confidential client records.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Aviation Counseling Psychology or a related field.
• Professional counseling certification or licensure (e.g. National Certified Counselor Licensed Professional Counselor).
• Demonstrated experience in career counseling preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Thorough understanding of aviation regulations licensing requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns effectively.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in relevant counseling software and tools.
• Knowledge of aviation career pathways and job market trends.
