Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in our organization as the frontline contact with customers. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat
  • Assist customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
  • Provide product information and assist with customer orders
  • Update customer accounts and records with accurate information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Process returns refunds and exchanges
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality and productivity goals
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being selfmotivated
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of industryrelated products and services is a plus
