Job Description
Job Title: Patient Access Supervisor
Location: Geneva New York
Rate of Pay: $21.76 $23.76 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Access Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Geneva NY. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of patient access services ensuring efficient and effective patient registration scheduling and insurance verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support patient access staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Improve patient experience through streamlined access processes
Train and mentor new team members
Resolve patient and staff issues promptly and professionally
Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient access or related healthcare field
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in healthcare management systems
