We are seeking a passionate and experienced Junior Marketing Manager to join our team

In this role you will play a vital role in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility drive customer acquisition and generate leads.
As a Junior Marketing Manager You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media email marketing content creation SEO and paid advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Assist in developing social media strategies and managing social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engage target audiences
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for various digital marketing channels
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audience segments and preferences
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance website rankings and organic traffic
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns including designing email templates segmenting target audience and tracking campaign performance
- Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to recommend new strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing preferably in a fintech or related industry
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts tools and techniques
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive selfmotivated and a team player
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in the fintech industry or crossborder payments
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo etc.)
- HTML/CSS knowledge for basic website editing
- Graphic design skills for creating visual assets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau Google Data Studio etc.)
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
