Job Description

Designation: Account Manager
Reporting: Cluster Head Strategy

Hi! We are Wirality! A new media agency that specializes in creative & performance marketing to move the needle on a client s business.

We are looking for an account manager who is skilled enough to manage social media strategy. At Wirality understanding a client s business model is of utmost importance and account management teams operate at the heart of this.

They are diligent with high attention to detail and are working on establishing strong client relationships by showing capabilities that they understand the business and strategy to grow their business.

Here s where you start :
  • A leader who supervises the daytoday operations on accounts keeping the show running and ensuring every stakeholder is motivated to perform day in and day out.
  • Operate on a daytoday basis while planning for a longterm basis.
  • A gatekeeper of the brand who is the ultimate custodian for all things delivery.
  • A big thinker yet handson in execution QC everything on the brand.
  • The first line of attack and the last line of defence in all situations.

Job Description :
  • Act as the overall management & supervision of a client s business ensuring that we are delivering for the client s business every day.
  • Drives all decisionmaking on an account
  • Create monthly content plans and calendars and coordinate with other team members for its execution.
  • Create own & drive all strategic presentations for your set of accounts and act as the principal custodian of the brands quarterly and annual goals.
  • Understand and leverage brand knowledge to inspire the team contribute ideas that can transform the business and filter through the strategy used.
  • Lead and shape strategic presentations in partnership with other team members.
  • Strengthen and own clientagency relationships (and all other stakeholders) and ensure the rest of the team maps well to the overall account goals.
  • Ensure that all client initiatives run on time and on budget.
  • Ability to decipher client briefs and translate them into strategic plans.
  • You should understand the process of creating and ideating on social media calendars and should work youve done and been a part of across different brands and platforms (the size of the brands is not important the thought process behind the work is).
  • Ability to make monthly reports based on the performance of your accounts and articulate the results achieved from it.
  • The ability to craft communication ideas/write captions on social media platforms is a must.

Bonus skills we look for :
  • If you understand media buying and performance marketing in theory.
  • If you have deployed your understanding to solve problems for a client.

Prerequisites:
  • Experience working at any large digital agency for at least 2 years.
  • Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Case studies as part of work portfolio
  • Good collaborator & Communicator
  • Sharp thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Consistency & Good Time management skills
  • Past experience in managing accountlevel P&L
  • Getting coffee for all (Just kidding.. we drink tea)
