Overview:
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in our Edtech organization by managing and nurturing client relationships. They are responsible for driving revenue growth ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role is pivotal in the success of our organization as it directly impacts revenue generation and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Edtech industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand clients needs and objectives to effectively articulate the value of our Edtech solutions.
- Monitor and analyze clients usage of our products to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead regular checkin meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges.
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to assess account status and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Resolve any billing or service issues in coordination with the finance and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role within the Edtech industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Edtech products and services.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to drive account growth.
