Location: Bengaluru Whitefield
Job Summary:
Build and develop the project team to ensure high performance by providing clear purpose direction and motivation.
Lead projects from start to finish including defining requirements setting schedules estimating budgets and planning implementation while managing risks.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay on scope schedule and budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients providing regular updates on project status and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and manage processes for project scope quality and performance standards and assess risks.
Manage performance databases across digital print social broadcast and experiential projects.
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and contractors.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1 years of experience on site.
Experience with tools like Autocad & MS office for usability.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Proven success working with all management levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with project planning software like Zoho Projects.
Experience in developing internal process platforms.
Experience in coaching project team members to enhance their skills.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. Civil Diploma Civil
