• Promote videos across social media platforms to increase viewership
• Engage with the audience through comments messages and live sessions
• Analyze channel performance and audience demographics to inform content strategy
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of YouTube policies and best practices
• Collaborate with other content creators and influencers for crosspromotion
• Manage and adhere to content calendar and production schedules
• Stay informed about emerging trends and tools in video content creation
• Utilize analytics to track and report on key performance metrics
• Monetize the channel through brand partnerships and sponsorships
• Represent the channel at events and industry functions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in content creation and video editing
• Proven track record of growing and maintaining a YouTube channel
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of SEO principles and video optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills and oncamera presence
• Ability to adapt to evolving trends and algorithms on YouTube
• Indepth knowledge of audience engagement strategies and community management
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital content distribution
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret channel analytics
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative video concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience in negotiating and managing brand partnerships is a plus
• Knowledge of legal and copyright issues related to content creation

• Bachelors degree in Media Studies Communication Marketing or a related field
