Pedi ED around 30 beds PICU 24 beds PIMC 24 beds Pedi Surg 24 beds Pedi Onc/BMT 24 beds Level 4 NICU 92 beds
Number of Staff 612 per shift
Type of staff:
Day Shift 1 Supervisor/TL 0.5 ED 24 NICU 1.52 PICU 0.54.5 floors
Night Shift same
Patient Ratios 3040 units of therapy per shift

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
6 months 1 year PICU or Level 3/Level 4 NICU experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Nebulizer therapy airway clearance BiPAP ventilator HFNC bronch assist ABG

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
CRT or RRT Texas RCP license BLS ACLS NRP PALS
Floating Area(s):
Voluntary to float to adults
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire olive/sage scrub top black scrub bottom will accept all black (olive/sage hard to find at times)
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
At least 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule does not have to be every other Sat/Sun
