Overview

Key responsibilities

• Administering anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitoring patient vital signs during anaesthesia
• Developing and implementing anaesthesia care plans
• Providing preanesthetic evaluations and postanesthesia followup care
• Responding to emergency situations and managing anaesthesiarelated complications
• Collaborating with surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Supervising and mentoring anaesthesia staff and trainees
• Participating in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Utilizing critical thinking and sound decisionmaking in anaesthesia management
• Adhering to professional and ethical standards in anaesthesia practice

Required qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) in Anaesthesia
• Board certification in Anaesthesiology
• Licensure to practice as an anaesthesiologist in Jaipur
• Proven experience as an Anaesthesia Consultant
• Expertise in administering various types of anaesthesia for different surgical procedures
• Proficiency in monitoring and managing patient vital signs during anaesthesia
• Strong understanding of anaesthesia care protocols and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in highpressure and dynamic healthcare environments
