Key Responsibilities:
Data Sourcing and Collection:
- Identify and gather data from multiple sources including internal databases external repositories and market research.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the acquisition of relevant and accurate data.
Data Mining and Customer Analysis:
- Conduct indepth data mining to extract valuable information related to customer behaviour preferences and trends.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns correlations and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.
Report Generation:
- Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Communicate complex data analysis results clearly and understandably to the Owner/Director.
Lead Funnelling and Strategy Development:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to funnel leads based on datadriven insights.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for customer engagement retention and acquisition.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy completeness and integrity of collected data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality issues and enhance data integrity.
