• Adhering to timelines for activities such as drawing approvals indents sample approvals etc. in line with the project timeline
• Ensuring designs BOQ and material selections adhere to budget
• Milestones achieved within targeted timelines
• Adhering to standards for reviewing designs design approval meets management presentations data collection and updating in trackers
• Evaluating execution as per drawings and snagging through regular site visits
• Clearing RFIs
• Managing drawings for key projects by collaborating with external consultants
• Coordination with procurement project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials basis indents at site
• Coordination with Sales team to align on client expectations
• Initiatives to improve processes and build in efficiencies
• Collaboration with project team and peers
• Active participation in learning and development initiatives
