Job Description: We are on the lookout for passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in California. As an RN at Caring Hands Staffing youll have the opportunity to provide highquality patient care ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and assess individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and document patients health status and vital signs.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid California RN license.
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate and patientcentric approach to care.
