Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs
• Create wireframes and prototypes for digital products
• Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs
• Design user interactions and workflows to ensure a seamless experience
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
• Define information architecture and navigation models
• Translate complex concepts into simple intuitive designs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
• Advocate for the user within the organization
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Ensure consistency in the user experience across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Contribute to the evolution of design guidelines and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful UX projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch or Figma
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Solid understanding of information architecture and navigation design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently
• Uptodate with the latest UX trends techniques and technologies
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering highquality designs
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Understanding of frontend development and its limitations is a plus
